职位描述：

Job Description/Responsibility

1. Responsible for electric parts assembly and wiring for machine, control cabinet;

2. Preparation of production documents, read electrical diagram and identification of basic components；

3. Spare parts receiving, check and visual-measure；

4. Process troubleshooting;

5. Monitor and ensure electrical assembly quality quantity；

6. Other responsibilities may assigned by superior.

7. Assist Supervisor with daily production team built up and management;

8. Assist Supervisor optimize and update technique and process;

9. Assist Supervisor to monitor and ensure process quality and maintain quality system;

10. Assist Supervisor to buildup good team, be a model both of work and conduct;

11. Follow Supervisor’s arrangement be a good head of the team;

12. Coach operators/technicians in the team;

13. Convey company policies to team members in time and correctly;

14. As foreman, obey company rules with consciousness and make sure all team members also strictly obey all company rules and disciplines;

Job Requirement

1. Technical school or above, and major in mechanical/electrical or related engineering major

2. Be skill in reading electrical assembly drawing, and understand electrical signals in European drawing

3. One year electrical assembly experience in machine manufacturing industry is preferred

4. Can read basic English working instructions is preferred

5. Accept job position change temporarily or working time according to company business

6. Good communication skills and good team work spirit

7. 协助主管做好生产工艺优化与更新；

8. 协助主管确保产量和质量目标的实现；

9. 协助主管搞好班组建设，成为本班组工作模范和行为模范；

10. 服从主管的工作安排，以身作则，起好带头作用。

11. 参与班组成员的培训；

12. 及时、准确地向班组成员传达公司方针；

13. 自觉遵守，并确保班组成员也严格遵守公司的各项规定、纪律；

14. 岗位描述或工作职责范围中规定的其他内容。

15. 完成上级委派的其他工作。

工作要求/标准

1. 技校及以上学历，主修机电或相关工程类专业；

2. 能熟练阅读电气装配图，了解各种欧标电气符号含义；

3. 有1 年大型设备制造行业电气装配方面的经验优先;

4. 能阅读简单的英语作业指导书；

5. 能根据公司的业务需求临时调整工作岗位或工作时间；

具备良好的沟通能力和团队意识；
