职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Provide efficient and quality support to SAP users
? Resolve cross functional issues with different user groups
? Understand and document business requirements
? Analyze functionality gaps and develop options to meet the business requirement with IT application manager and Business Analyst specialist
? Support and co-ordinate with key users in user acceptance testing
? Investigate and resolve User Service level 1 tickets in the applied logistic area of SAP
? Demonstrate ability to utilize SAP logistic functionality to enhance business processing
? Perform other duties as assigned


Knowledge & Skills & Abilities:
? Bachelor Degree in relevant area
? English in verbal and written CET 4 or better
? Demonstrative interpersonal skills and logical way of thinking
