任职资格：
1 Bachelor degree or above with finance /business major, at least 5 year experience in multi-national company and at least 3 years in management position; 本科以上财务或商务专业毕业，5年跨国公司工作经验以及3年管理岗位工作经验；
2 Obtain Intermediate Accountant Certificate, CPA is preferred. 获得中级会计师职称，注册会计师优先；
3 Familiar with UFIDA ERP; 熟悉用友 ERP系统；
4 Strong analytical skills and computer skills including MS professional; 很强的分析能力和电脑运用能力；
5 Good communication skills and able to work under pressure. 好的沟通技巧并能承担压力；
6 Able to work independently and team work effectively; 能独立开展工作和有效的团队工作;
7 Fluent written and spoken English.很好的英文读写和听说能力；

工作职责 :
1 Preparation of financial statements (financial position and Profit & Loss) under both PRC GAAP and US GAAP; 编制符合中国和美国会计准则的财务报表；
2 Vouchers auditing and posting in ERP for all reimbursement, accounts receivable, trading and not-trading accounts payable and procurement of properties; 复核费用报销，应付账款，应收账款，税务证并在ERP过账；
3 Preparation of tax reports and related financial reports, internally and externally. 编制对外税务报表及其他财务报表;
4 Assist in pushing, implementing and maintaining ERP, Keep contact with Key User协助财务经理推进、实施和维护ERP系统，保持与相关Key User的联系和协调工作
5 Liaison with external audit on financial statements and Corporate Income Tax; 协调年度财务报表审计以及年度所得税;
6 Verifying document accuracy, handle abnormal document. 当月核实所有凭证单据的准确性，处理异常单据；
7 Monitor inventory of workshop and warehouse, make monthly inventory report.月末监督车间及仓库盘点并出具存货盘点报告；
8 Check cost analysis data, monitor and investigate production implementation, supply cost and budget report.每月审核公司成本费用分析数据，监督、调查生产运营计划执行情况，提供工厂成本与预算相较的分析报告
9 Assist in month end closing, and relative reports required by BU China.协调月末结账工作并配合财务经理完成BU China要求的相关管理报告；
10 Assist in organizing financial, cost, budget, accounting , supervision, financial analysis, internal control, ICT and other jobs.根据需要，协助财务经理组织公司财务、成本、预算、会计核算及监督、财务分析、内部控制、ICT等方面的工作；
11 Assist in keeping good relationship with bank, Industrial and Commercial Bureau, Tax Bureau and other external departments, and handle tax problems. 协助财务经理同银行、工商、税务等外部部门的关系，处理税务方面的问题。
12 Strictly execute all kinds of financial documents based on financial regulations as well as in the charge of financial voucher filing. 及时传达并严格执行下发的各类财务管理文件，指导财会资料档案管理；
13 Responsible for import and export declaration material preparation；完成进出口报关资料的准备工作；
14 Team management on general accounting. 管理会计团队；

Sensus Precision Die Casting (Yangzhou) CO., LTD. (SPDCY) was established in September 2009 as a Wholly Owned Foreign Entity, the total investment is USD30, 000,000.00. SPDCY produces and markets high quality aluminum die castings used in automotive, motorcycle, gas utility, home appliance and telecom industries.
SPDCY has 500 employees at present, including over 80 administrative and technical staff. ？The company covers an area of 730,000 square meters, including over 12,500 square meters of standard factory building.
