职位描述：
QUALIFICATION 任职资格：
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
? 8+ years working experience in quality
? Experience with TS & ISO Quality Systems
? Mechanical manufacture working experience
? Fluent in English (both Oral & Written)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：
 
? Establish and maintain quality management system
? Utilize quality organization chart to build a high performance team
? Build up a growing, healthy, learning, high enthusiasm team
? KPI utilization and realization
? Regular staff communication, training, performance evaluation, use quantitate KPI to drive whole team
? Team building for thanks and relax, build up a cohesive team
? Audit quality management system, to ensure its conformance and efficiency
? In charge of incoming quality inspection, in-process quality inspection, outgoing quality inspection, lab testing and control
? Collect data from customer and internal inspection for analyzing
? Fast response for customer complaint, establish good customers’ relationship
? Initiate corrective action and ensure its following up
? Responsible for the validation, inspection and testing of purchased product,
? In charge of the analysis and solving of quality issues happening in production
? In charge of the evaluation and handling of nonconforming product
? Continuous improvement of product quality in company
? In charge of the document management of quality system
? Perform management representative responsibility to in charge of whole plant
? In charge of the quality issue on the field solving.
