职位描述
Main Tasks of Post holder:
ü Professional and disciplinary management of the staff members
ü Set up and control all logistical processes and concept, ensure production requirement, control the inventory and traceability.
ü Negotiation with suppliers, service providers and subcontractors
ü Coordinate logistical processes with customers, including sales invoice management, customer satisfactions analysis
ü Continuous improvement of all logistical processes in the plant
ü Control the logistic process of direct materials, spare parts, auxiliary materials and hazard goods
Targets
ü Support new projects
ü Responsible for the inside and outside warehouse management, ensure cycle counting and annual inventory count accuracy.
ü Support the implementation of BOS and BOVIS measures
ü Establish and maintain reporting system for the management and CF of BAT
ü Develop logistic strategies in cooperation with the management
ü Develop plans to meet product strategies in a team with division, engineering, finance and quality department
ü Co-operate with the Central Logistics department
ü Define the means of transport for actual production and new projects
Qualification:
ü 8 years working experience in Logistic management
ü automotive industry is preferred
ü bachelor or above degree
ü good English ability, both in oral and listening
