Job Description:
- Participant in annual recruiting plan and annual budget.
- Be responsible for all recruiting activities by enrolling entire recruiting process.
- Maintain and develop competitive recruiting vendors to fulfill job vacancies.
- Be engaged in find out improvement projects and improve recruiting process continuously.
- Support HR other assignment if necessary.
Job Requirement:
- 25~30 years old.
- At least 2 years recruiting working experiences in Electronics industry.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Good cooperative and customer service spirit.
- Good Japanese or English communication skill.
- Good negotiation skill, have good responsibility, modest.
