Requirements:
？College’s degree in Engineering or equivalent;工业相关大专学历；
? Medical device industry background is a plus;
？Strong background in purchasing and have proven negotiation skills; 丰富的采购背景及谈判技巧；
？Have experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management;拥有战略采购及供应商管理经验；
？Good command of English in both speaking and writing; good level of computer skills, e.g. MS Office tool; 英语读写精通，熟练使用office应用软件；
？Good understanding of MRP system; 熟悉MRP系统；
？Professional and ethical conduct 专业及道德操守
？Excellent all round communication skills 优秀的沟通技巧
？Committed to continuous improvement？致力于持续改善
？Excellent team player and coordinator.？善于团队合作及协调
Responsibilities:
？To be responsible for sourcing and procurement of all materials (direct and indirect) within the company; 负责供应商开发以及公司内所有物料（直接和间接）的采购。
？To manage the Purchasing team to ensure that business objectives are met;
管理采购团队，确保完成业务目标。
？To ensure that the Purchasing team have the tools for the function and are adequately trained to carry out their responsibilities; 确保采购团队成员配备岗位所需配置，并接受充分培训。
？To build and maintain a strong and effective interface with interdepartmental customers;
建立并强化部门之间有效沟通的平台。
？To manage all commercial aspects of the supplier relationship ensuring continuous high standard delivery, quality and cost;
从商业角度，管理供应商关系，确保持续、高标准的交货，满足质量以及成本控制要求。
？To support ongoing transfer projects by sourcing and delivering the materials on time and at the lowest cost; 通过供应商开发、及时交货以及成本控制支持转移项目。
？To ensure production materials are delivered on time and to eliminate/minimize disruption to production; 确保生产物料的及时交货，消除/减少生产断货率。
？To identify continuous improvement opportunities, and to develop plans and to achieve targets;
识别持续改善机会，制定计划并实现目标。
