Key responsibilities：

1. Fulfill sales target profitably by following corporate strategic market development plan through
a, maintaining and developing the distribution business of existing customers;
b, developing new distributors and OE customers
2. Manage customer demands and provide accurate sales forecast for operation to prepare capacity and materials.
3. Collect A/R to support cash flow of the company;
4. Actively communicate and coordinate with customers and operations to increase customer’s satisfaction;
5. Coordinate with Gates regional marketing team for business development;
6. Prepare routine sales reports;
7. Other jobs assigned by IGM sales manager.

Key objective in 2015
1. Fulfill sales budget of assigned customers;
2. Collecting A/R and get the DSO target of 110 days;
3. Set up 6 new distributors and 3 Gates Shop in assigned area.
4. Manage customers’ demands and control the variance of forecast within +-20%;
5. Familiarize with current product portfolio and master basic product application knowledge;
6. Improve channel management and business development skills.
7. CRM& Growth Track

Key requirement:
1, College or Bachelor degree major in hydraulic or mechanics;
2, Min. 3 years sales experience, Wide scope industrial segment experience is preferable;
3, Good presentation and communication skills;
4, Fluent in oral and written English, CET-4 is preferable.
5, Target oriented and self-motivated with “I can” faith.
