ABOUT DIRECT HR:

DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Client:

The client is a leading US Auto company with over 100 years history.

Location:

Shanghai, China

Salary:

Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Starting date:

As soon as possible

Report to:

HRD China

Travelling:

Limited

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ People Development: complete all HR processes in line with the HR cycle plan

+ Performance Management Process: analysis performance review and performance management processes

+ Compensation Planning: complete compensation planning for the respective functions

+ Employee Relations: build strong relationship between HR & business functions

+ Company Policy and Procedures : monitor & ensure all employees comply with the Company's rules & regulations

+ Talent Acquisition : Ensure a smooth/successful hiring /on boarding process to meet business need

+ Organizational Development Work : work with the HR Director to assist the organization to undertake a projects that support the organization with development and transitional tools and intervention.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor degree, Human Resources or similar is a plus

+ 6-8 years of Experience within MNC

+ Strong understanding of all HR functions with project management experience

+ Experience as business partner support at a strategic level

+ Strong Leadership and communication Skills
