Responsibilities:
Has overall responsibility for the Electronics and Controls team within the Global Technology Center in China.
>Ensures all resources are working in line with company mission and engineering priority.
>Oversees multiple projects within areas of responsibility, balancing staffing, workflow, and timelines.
>Develops and oversees adherence to accepted procedures and policies (both technical and safety).
>Works with direct and dotted line managers for setting and measuring goals and priorities.
>Develops team members and lab capabilities for continual improvement and contribution.
>Sets and manages key performance indicators for the team and provide technical coach as necessary.

Qualifications:
>Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Automation Engineering.
>Minimum 8 years working experience. Preferred 5+ years in a management role.
>Demonstrated knowledge in electronic hardware and software development tools and technology is required.
>Excellent spoken and written English skills are required as well as attention to detail, organizational ability and clear documentation.
>Solid Six Sigma and Lean skills are preferred.
>Must be able to travel to travel outside of P.R. China.
