Responsibilities:
1. Responsibility upon design instruction for complicated new products;
2. Responsibility upon design check;
3. Responsibility upon key new generation product development;
4. Responsibility upon key existing product improvement;
5. Responsibility upon team building and training;
6. Responsibility upon team’s work follow up and management;
7. Provide technology support to resolve the issue in plant;
8. Investigate customer’s requirement, Provide technology serve for customer;

Technical ability:
1. Have the experience on engineering team management;
2. Have the experience on project management.
3. Know FHP motor manufacture very well;
4. Got the good professional training on FHP motor design；
5. Proficient skill on AutoCAD, Solidworks;
6. Know the relevant China and US standard for FHP motor.
7. Know the motor business for Air Conditioner very well;
8. Have good skill on continues study, Hand-working ability, Excellent team player with excellent communication skills, be insured to hardships, good accountability to job.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or more in motor design

Experiences:
Seven or more years experience in development 、technology or manufactory support of FHP motor;
Three or more years experience in engineering team management.

English:
Good English on listening、speaking、reading and writing.

Communication skill:
Good communication with customer, be good comprehensive ability and presentation skill
