I. POSITION PURPOSE:

Establish and maintain the Quality management system according to ISO9001:2008

II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
? Schedules & Performs annual internal audits
? Coordinate annual external audit
? Responsible for the quality documentation and documents management and maintenance.
? Responsible for the training and apply for the quality tools
? Training of employees in regards of ISO 9001 and QMS
? Monitoring of calibration status of measuring equipment

KEY MEASUREMENT:
? Annual QMS internal audit
? Keep effectiveness of ISO9001 certificate
? Update share folder’s QMS document timely
? Conduct training related quality management system for staff
? Training plan
? Calibration due date


III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
? Detailed knowledge of quality system of ISO9001 ( TS16949)
? Be familiar with quality tools: 5W, Pareto, etc.
? Have the knowledge of 5 tools: APQP\PPAP\SPC\MSA\FMEA
? Knowledge in gage / measurement tool calibration process

Problem solving skills may include experience with:
? Six Sigma
? Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen Events

? Ability to work in a Manufacturing environment as well as office environment.

X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

? Bachelor Degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology
? 3-5 years relevant experience in system management
? CQE Certificate (Certified Quality Engineer)
? Certified ISO auditor (TS16949 preferred)
? Deep knowledge in ISO standards (9001 / 14001, TS16949 preferred)
? Quality Tools & Techniques: Effectively uses quality tools and techniques to assist in determining compliance to specifications, trends, capabilities, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
? Knowledge in calibration tracking software (Gagetrak) preferred
? Computer Knowledge: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint
