主要任务 Main Tasks:
1.根据生产计划，确保团队准时完成产出和准时交货。
According to the production plan, make sure that the team completed the production output and on time delivery.
2.每天安排好日常工作给机床操作员工，并解释图纸的要求和生产计划。
Interpret drawings and specifications, production schedules and assign daily work orders and duties to the machine operators.
3.和生产计划一起，必要时进行适当的调整和优化生产步骤，充分利用有效的资源并及时完成工作任务
Together with Production planner,adjust work procedures when necessary to meet production schedules and optimize work flow through the production ensuring sufficient resources are available to complete tasks in the time frame required.
4.进行效率、停机时间统计，当低于目标时进行分析并采取措施。
Efficiency /Quality/ downtime statistics, analysis the root cause and take action to improve when lower than the target.
5.分析解决技术和质量的问题，实现生产力的改善和提高。
Analyze and resolve the problem of techinical and quality, continuous improve the Production performance.
6.对工艺，刀具以及材料用量的持续改进，实现生产效率的提高和成本的下降。
Continuous improvement of the process and tool & raw material usage, achieve the improve the efficiency and cost down.
7.负责生产中的技术和质量保证工作，组织纠正和预防不合格品的措施，提高质量。
In charge of production technology and quality assurance, organization of corrective and preventive measures for substandard goods.
8.和维护工程师一起，开展设备和工装日常维护和预防性维护，实现安全生产高品质质量产品满足客户要求，减少停机时间。
Together with ME,implement the maintenance and preventative maintenance activities for machine and fixtuer requires to support the safe production of quality products which meet our customer requirements.
9.建立和开展5S和EHS 活动，确保团队在安全的工作条件和好的工作环境下工作。
Implement the 5S&EHS activities in the workshop, make sure that the team operate the machine under safety condition and good working environment and organization.
10.组织员工学习公司规章制度和作业指导，并认真执行。
To organize operator to learn rules & regulations and SOP, and train operators to follow them.
11.确保所负责的团队按照你的要求工作并完全遵从公司的规章制度和行为规范。
Ensure that all personnel working under your supervision adhere and fully comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and ethics.

岗位要求 Requirements:
1.机械相关专业大专或本科以上或同等等级
Mechanical college or bachelor above, major in mechanics or related
2.至少有5年从事机加行业工作的经验
Minimum 5 years experiences in the machining production or related field
3.熟悉SAP或者其它ERP系统
Familiar with SAP or other ERP system.
4.优秀者，可适当放宽条件。
The excellent can be accepted with partially meeting above requirements.
