SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Country and local regulations related to all waste, processes that generate waste and/or chemical handling at all PCZ facilities. This position is also responsible for leadership and development of all EHS programs, procedures, training, work practices and controls. This position is also responsible to implement acceptable systems in order to ensure compliance and conformance to EHS policies and Management systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1 Develop and maintain management information systems which identify waste and how the waste is handled; cradle to grave.

改善和维护废弃物从入厂到出厂的整个处置体系。

2 Ability to understand and apply government regulations related tochemicals and wastes.

有能力理解并实施政府关于化学品和废弃物的法规。

3 Update, create, and deliver employee training and programs related to waste handling and disposing.

建立，完善和向员工传达废弃物处置的培训和程序。

4 Works internally and when necessary with external assistance to promote corporate understanding and compliance of EHS laws, regulations and recommendations.

与公司内部和外部协作来促进对EHS法律，法规和建议的理解和符合。

5 Monitors expenses incurred within the department and validate prudent use of company funds and resources.

6 When necessary, develop and maintain the EHS system like ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 to ensure employee understanding of requirements.

7 Create and propose ways to eradicate pollution and hazards to upper management.

8 Implements policies, procedures and training to control all hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals on the premises.

9 Performs and/or oversees internal audits to determine conformance with established procedures/requirements.

10 Reports and tracks non-conformances to management for corrective action.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor Degree preferred. Minimum of two years EHS related experience preferred.

经验和教育: 大学本科学士学位优先。两年及以上EHS相关工作经验优先。

SKILLS: Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, strong decision-making ability and use of good judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to diplomatically promote cooperation and make recommendations to others. Strong organizational skills, basic grammar and reading, intermediate math, basic computer literacy, measurement skills.

技能: 丰富的EHS法规知识，较强的决策能力和判断力，良好的人际交往能力，外交能力，促进合作，向他人提出改善建议。强大的组织能力。基本英语语法和阅读能力、基本数学和计算机知识以及测量技能。
