General Position Description

RSR is an experienced sales person who will be responsible for managing the rental accounts and developing Genie rental business in East China. His or her direction will come from the Regional Manager. The RSR will focus on the middle to high level customer operations. He or she must have great communication and relationship building skills and is willing to work under pressure to achieve sales target.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

·The RSR will be responsible for generating net new rental accounts and new rental business in the territory.

·The RSR will regularly visit branch locations of key accounts throughout the territory and be responsible for generating sales through each of these locations.

·The RSR will be responsible for sales planning, budget, forecast and achieving the sales objectives.

·The RSR will be the “nagging board” for all complaints from the branch level.

·The RSR will communicate and report all business issues to Regional Manager.

·The RSR will set up and implement 3 to 5 equipment performance demonstrations and seminars throughout the territory per year.

·The RSR will be responsible for advising stock inventory in the territory.

·The RSR will be responsible for managing the daily operation of our office in the territory.

Experience & Qualifications

Education: ？ University degree

Language: ？ Basic English (spoken and written)

·Must have excellent sales skills and experience(preferably awards sales)

·More than 5 years direct sales experience

·Purchase proposal and presentation skills

·Consulting sales skills(value proposition)

·Team building skills and experience are preferred

·Travel approximately 3 weeks per month

·Be able to travel internationally

·Will attend approximately 3 to 5 domestic trade shows and seminars over weekends a year.
