Major Tasks,

1. Be responsible for the overall maintenance of a combined cycle facility

2. Supervise the development and implementation of procedures and systems for plant personnel to maintain facility in safe, efficient and cost effective manner

3. Plan, coordinate and administer facility activities to meet LANXESS policies

4. Train, supervise and manage employees’ activities and resources for maintenance and repair of all equipment.

5. Maintain availability on 24 hour per day call basis with backup from the facility staff

6. Be responsible for maintenance scheduling, resolving issues, tracking work orders and advising on deployment of maintenance and contract personnel

7. Design and implement processes and systems in support of TPM Program

8. Promote customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relationships

Requirements,

1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university of the relevant majority.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a chemical industrial environment;

3. At least 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair work;

4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position;

5. English communication and writing abilities;

6. Familiar with computer operations;

7. Conscientious, Teamwork spirit, Initiative, Concern of quality and order, Customer service oriented.

2010年，朗盛来到常州，斥资4000万美元在常州滨江化工园区投资兴建朗盛(常州)有限公司皮革化学品项目，旨在运用先进的生产设施、尖端的生产技术和时尚的创意理念打造世界一流的特殊化学品生产基地。该项目于2011年8月正式开工建设，已按计划于2013年初竣工投产，项目建成后将以研发、生产、销售皮革化学产品为主，设计年产量达5万吨，能够充分地满足亚太地区对高品质皮革化学品的需求。

2012年9月，朗盛三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）工厂破土动工。该工厂总投资2.96亿美金，是迄今为止朗盛在中国最大的单项投资。该工厂设计年产能高达16万吨,计划将于2015年投产。

新工厂将会生产优质级的三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）来满足亚洲市场消费者的不同需求。朗盛三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）将以Keltan品牌在市场上销售。
