Major Tasks,

1. Responsible for establish and manage the purpose, plan, control of budget and cost, problems and other daily work of Engineering in site service department;

2. Responsible for the plan, compiling and implementation of budget of all the investments in Lanxess (Changzhou);

3. Manage effectively to the organization chart, personal demand plan, training plan, and incentive system and personnel development to ensure the effective operation of Engineering in site service department;

4. Establish and maintain the good relationship with the relative government department;

5. Participate and support actively in other projects in China except Lanxess Changzhou.

6. Responsible for HES performance of engineering;

7. Other works arranged by higher level.

BU KEL, BU LEA, maintenance & infrastructure in site service, investment BU;

External

Design institute, supplier and relevant government department.

Requirements,

1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university of the relevant majority.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a chemical industrial environment;

3. At least 5 years of experience in Engineering Work;

4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position

5. English communication and writing abilities

6. Familiar with computer operations

7. Conscientious, Teamwork spirit, Initiative, Concern of quality and order, Customer service oriented.

2010年，朗盛来到常州，斥资4000万美元在常州滨江化工园区投资兴建朗盛(常州)有限公司皮革化学品项目，旨在运用先进的生产设施、尖端的生产技术和时尚的创意理念打造世界一流的特殊化学品生产基地。该项目于2011年8月正式开工建设，已按计划于2013年初竣工投产，项目建成后将以研发、生产、销售皮革化学产品为主，设计年产量达5万吨，能够充分地满足亚太地区对高品质皮革化学品的需求。

2012年9月，朗盛三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）工厂破土动工。该工厂总投资2.96亿美金，是迄今为止朗盛在中国最大的单项投资。该工厂设计年产能高达16万吨,计划将于2015年投产。

新工厂将会生产优质级的三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）来满足亚洲市场消费者的不同需求。朗盛三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）将以Keltan品牌在市场上销售。
