Qualifications任职资格:

· University degree preferably in logistics or finance related field. 大学学历，物流或财务相关专业

· 3 years or above warehouse management experience in automotive enterprise. 3年以上在汽车企业的仓库管理工作经验

· Must be very familiar with logistic process 精通物流操作流程

· Must be very familiar with forklift operation and maintenance 熟悉叉车操作和保养

· Strong communication and organizational skills. 很强的组织和沟通能力

· Honest, open and with high team work spirit and orderly personality. 诚实，开朗，高度的团队合作精神

· computer knowledge/skill is preferred 具备电脑知识或技能更佳

· Familiar with ERP management system and be good at SAP operation. 熟悉ERP系统，精通SAP系统操作

· Lean logistics knowledge or related skill is preferred. 具备精益物流知识或相关技能更佳

Duties and Responsibilities职责:

· Monitor warehouse staff to observe standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.督促所有仓库员工遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则

· Implement the process for warehouse and improve the efficiency. 执行仓库的操作流程并提高仓库的工作效率。

· Make and implement improvement plan of lean logistics base on lean manufacture requirement. 根据公司精益生产要求，制订精益物流改进计划并组织实施，

· Implement warehouse working plan to achieve the goal. 执行仓库工作计划以达到部门目标。

· Organize the inventory counting to ensure the inventory accuracy. 组织和监督循环盘点，和季度盘点，保证库存的准确性（货位，批次，以及数量）

· Monitor management of rejected part to make sure the inventory and status accuracy. 监督不合格品的管理，确保不合格品库存和状态正确。

· Monitor the receiving and shipping, to make sure the production run smoothly. 监督收发货的操作过程，保证生产的正常运作。

· Training for forklift driver of the forklift and SAP to improve their skill 对仓库操作工叉车知识以及SAP的培训，提高仓库管理员的技能。

· Implement and monitor 5S management to keep the warehouse area clean and in order. 监督和执行5S管理，确保仓库区域整洁和整齐。

· Check the inventory counting report, and make a improvement plan 核实仓库员递交的仓库库存报告，制定改进方案。

· Coordinate with each department to help warehouse to achieve the target. 协调仓库与各部门的工作关系，以保证仓库的运作达到目标。

· Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned. 接受经理分配的其他任务
