Job Description:

- Negotiation and Purchasing of project components and machines:
1/ Searching, selection and evaluation of project-suppliers;
2/ Draft and negotiate the frame contract with corresponding supplier according to customer´s demand, cost calculation and project time schedules;
3/ Collaborate closely with Engineering department regarding technical project issues, optimized cost and quality;
4/ Collaborate closely with Finance department according to finance planning;
5/ Manage the frame contract in SAP according to current time schedules and progress of project parts and machines.

-Supplier and market management :
1/ Organize supplier competitive biddings and price negotiation in order to get optimized purchase conditions, to obtain good quality, delivery time and price for goods and services.
2/ Performance measurement and supplier development ;
3/ Data analysis for purchasing history in order to find opportunity to improve purchasing efficiency and leverage the purchasing resources;
4/ Identify cost saving opportunities, use proper way to achieve saving target;
5/ Support category/purchasing manager to define purchasing strategy and to do market study.


Required Skills:
1/Master Degree, more than 6 years working experience.
2/Fluently English communication in speaking and writing is required.
3/Skills in international business management and in Chinese contract law are required.
4/Technical understanding is necessary.
5/Proficiency computer skill including office and SAP-R3.
6/High organized flexible team player and ability of multitasking.
7/Good communication skills and Global willingness to travel
8/Knowing well about purchase procedures and processes.
9/Working experience about machine industry will be a plus.
10/Working place in Chanzhou Wujin
