1.Customer satisfaction
*To responsible for month end closing of general ledger, ensure timely and accurately preparing internal finance report, corporate report and Local statutory report.
*To responsible for forecasting and budgeting with corporate requirement.
*To prepare monthly finance analysis to control business risks and improve company perfermance.
*To work with auditors on preparing the annual audit.
*To responsible for financial systems and standardized procedures to comply with US GAAP and corporate policies to ensure the integrity of both US financial reporting and local statutory local reporting
*To responsible for follow and compliance with Corporate Sarbanes-Oxley legislation
*To responsible for monthly account reconciliation activities.
2.Value Creation
*To be involved in Continuous Improvemnt activities;
*To development and improve finance process to improve finance efficiency and accurancy.
3.Citizenship
*To participate on Tomkins HSE Excellence program as required
4.People development
*To participate in company training as required
*To Organize and manage the routine work activities for AR and AP to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
*To provide training in product application to customers and to associates.
5. Other tasks assigned by Plant Controller
Technical/Professional Training & Qualification
A)Essential：
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken
Familiar with finance software and ERP system
Strong Communication Skills
B)Desirable：
More than 5 years with foreign company
6.Educational Requirement：
A) Essential：
Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting or related
B) Desirable：
Experience Required：
5 years relevant working experience.
