Roles and Responsibilities

? Software design and new product development

? Ensure the integrity, accuracy and quality of the products based on the R&D process

? Participate in progress improvement and production cost control

? Regular maintenance of existing products, including problem solutions and cost optimization

? Software design, test and maintenance of non-standard products with excellent quality

? Actively participate in developing and applying new technologies in new product development

Critical Qualifications

? Educational Background and Work Experience

- B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields. Degrees finished in US would be a plus.

- Work experience is preferable but not must; internship experience would be a plus.

? Specific Knowledge Requirement

- Strong software development skills

- Moderate proficiency in English

? Social Skills

- Demonstrate good capabilities in communication, teamwork and coordination with other people

- Show strong responsibility

- Willingness to learn new skills and knowledge
