汇报职责
This position directly reports to Plant Manager and dotted line to financial controller- China
此职位直接向工厂厂长汇报，虚线汇报给中国的财务总监。


Supervisory Responsibilities:
管理职责：
AR、AP、GL、TAX、Costing



Objective:
职位目标：
Execute the daily accounting processing activities with the objective of comply with generally accepted accounting principles and policies and procedures
严格按照会计准则及规章制度执行日常会计工作
Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
主要职责及其他工作内容如下：

· Prepare statutory finance statement on monthly basis to ensure compliance with PRC GAAP
· 根据中方会计准则准备中方财务报表
· Prepare Cognos reports and management report to ensure compliance with IFRS and policies
· 根据IFRS 及相关政策准备公司财务报表及管理报表并输入Cognos 系统
· Review payment requests and cash disbursement request
· 审核付款凭证及现金报销凭证
· Prepare and entry GL journal in system
· 制作及输入总账相关的凭证
· Perform accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis in order to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
· 每月对所有科目进行核对整理
· Perform closing activities in order to ensure that financial closing is completed in an accurate and timely manner
· 负责相关的月结工作确保月结工作准确及时完成
· Prepare related reports/analysis within the required schedule in order to support decision-making
· 按时准备相关的报表及分析
· Prepare tax calculation and tax return for VAT and income tax and other taxes，keep good relationship with local related tax authorities.
· 增值税、企业所得税及其他税的计算及申报, 与当地税务部门维护良好的工作关系。
· Manage assets of company from finance side and monitor inventory and fixed assets count on regular basis.
· 从财务角度管理公司资产，定期监督存货及固定资产盘点。
· Calculate and maintain standard cost for new product in ERP system and release new item in system
· 计算并在系统中维护新产品的成本并释放新维护的产品
Reporting Responsibilities:


Education and/or Experience:
教育背景/工作经历：
· Bachelor's Degree or above in accounting
· 会计学本科以上学历
· More than 4 years related experience in a global environment with a mid-sized company (preferably automotive sector).
· 5年以上外企工作经验（汽车行业优先）， 其中两年以上税务工作经验。
· Proficient in MS Office, familiar with ERP accounting module as a functional end user
· 熟练操作MS Office, 熟悉ERP
· Knowledge and experience of PRC GAAP and IFRS
· 具备中国会计准则及国际会计准则知识
· Knowledge of TS16949、18001 and ISO14001
· 了解TS16949标准、18001和ISO14001标准的基本知识

· Good command of written English, good communication skills, integrity, accountability, customer service oriented
· 英语书写流利，有良好的沟通技巧，正直诚信，有责任感，具备服务意识
