Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above in mechanical/automotive engineering or similar
2. Good English skill(oral and in writing, familiar with Pro/E, basic mechanical design knowledge, especially the design and manufacture of gearwheels and splines; knowledge in test equipment
3. 2 years' experience in engineering of advanced technical products in automotive industry, technical experience with manual transmission or power train for automotive applications will be a plus, knowledge about TS 16949/VDA 6.

Job Description:
1. Design the synchronizer components and activity participate in application engineering projects
2. Create and manage the HOERBIGER drawings for the synchroniser comonents and assembly, calculation of HOERBIGER products / systems and maintain the product database
3. Create test planning, operate and maintain test benches (synchronizer components test rig, transmission test tig, GSQA system), if needed
4. Close Co-Operation with headquarter engineering team in Germany
5. Processing assigned tasks / duties on schedule
6. Continuous study of technical, working specific literature
7. Close team-working together with all departments and give strong technical support to these
8. Take over other tasks assigned by superior
9. Follow HOERBIGER engineering standards / HOERBIGER quality handbook standards
