Responsibilities工作职责：
l 根据生产计划组织员工生产，控制生产进度及质量，以完成产量要求

l Organize and direct production activity according to production plan, control production
schedule and quality to achieve the production goal.

l 依据绩效评估系统对员工进行管理，实现安全生产、有序生产

l Maintain operator performance assessment system, to monitor operator’s behavior to achieve safe production, orderly production.

l 参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动，通过各种途径实现产能最大化

l Involved in action to improve production efficiency and improve product quality, through
a variety of ways to achieve maximum capacity.

l 遵循和遵守安全规程,监控车间生产活动在安全的条件下进行

l Follow and comply with all safety regulations and practices, Monitor workshop activity
in safe condition

l 遵循和遵守 ISO14001体系的运行管理，节能降耗.

l Follow and comply with ISO14001 system in shop floor

l 根据盘点计划实施季度盘点，分析差异原因并采取相应改善措施

l According to PI schedule to complete quarterly PI, analyze the difference and take
corrective action

l 根据客户需求做好产能分析

l Capacity planning vs. customer demand, to figure out what/when equipment must be ready comparing with customer demand

l 负责制造系统的设计和执行

l Responsible for the manufacturing system design to deliver production a completed system, such as how material flows, how keep process running smoothly, how many minimum WIP required, etc.

l 优化车间现场规划

l Optimize plant layout

QUALIFICATION 任职资格：

l 大专以上学历，机械/电气或工业工程相关专业

l College Diploma with mechanical/electrical or industrial engineering relevant major

l 有较好的领导和组织协调能力、沟通能力、执行能力，掌握员工管理的原则

l Knowledge of the principals of personnel supervision, including supervisory experience
and strong interpersonal skills.

l 掌握生产工艺专业知识，如焊接、装配等专业技能。

l Technical competence in welding, assembly and industrial engineering techniques.

l 熟悉ERP， TS16949质量体系及全面质量管理，持续改进的知识，

l Knowledge of ERP, TS 16949 ，Total Quality Management and Continuous
Improvement.

l 至少五年以上生产管理的经验

l Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
