Working Task(details)工作描述:
?Work in high quality for the monthly financial report to the group and cost/expense analysis to management team
以高质量及时完成集团报表和向管理层提交成本费用分析报告。
?Complete budget and forecast; Analysis the deviation between budget and actual figure.
预算工作的编制完成；分析预算与实际指标的差异。
?Provide costing support as required by internal and external costing projects
协助公司内外部所需的成本计算项目
Improve the internal control procedure and generate more and better internal control reports
提高与完善公司内部控制流程,发展并完善更行之有效的内部控制报告
?More effective financial ratio introduction and put them into use for monthly report
发展并完善更有效的财务指标，并将其实际运用到公司的报告中。
?Create the internal training system not only for DC but also for the other departments.
建立内部培训机制，不仅要在部门内部开展，还要将其延伸至其它相关部门，目的是了解财务管理的目标。建立节约与成本控制意识。
?Set up individual department t control target to measure the quality of the job.
建立部门目标制度用以衡量不同部门工作目标完成状况。
?Standard cost calculation and maintained, cost calculation and analysis, update related costing procedure according to related departments’ data.
标准成本的计算和维护, 联系相关部门进行成本的定期计算和分析，及时更新相关工作流程。
Provide costing support as required by internal and external costing projects and other assignments assigned by the manager
of the Finance/Controlling.
协助公司内外部所需的成本计算项目及财务经理安排的其它财务内部控制相关工作

Cooperation Scope合作范围:
Assistant department manager complete daily internal control.
协助部门经理完成日常控制工作。
?Keep communicating with every department, improve internal control level.
保持与各部门的联系，提高内部控制管理水平。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
?Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting, certified public accountant is preferred
获得工商管理/财务学士学位，有会计师资格者优先
?More than two years work experiences in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing companies with foreign investment
两年以上成本会计工作经验，特别是在有国外投资项目的生产性企业中工作过。
?Familiar with ERP systems, SAP-experiences are preferred
熟悉ERP系统，有SAP经验者优先。
?Familiar with IFRS and relating report tools, Hyperion-experiences are preferred
熟悉国际会计准则及其相关报表工具，有Hyperion经验者优先。
?Ability to manage daily jobs under stress and efficiently
能够在压力下高效处理日常工作。
?Ability to learn fast about the company business and production processes
能够尽快掌握告诉商务和生产流程。
?English fluent both in written and oral
流利的英语书面和口语能力。
?Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tools very well
熟练操作电脑，能够熟练使用Microsoft office工具。
