Working Task (details) 工作描述:
?Maintain and update the MRO procurement in SAP. (Supplier/PO creation)
在SAP系统中维护和更新日常采购价格信息。
?Support dept Manager and HQ together for the MRO price review, analysis and negotiation.
配合部门经理及总部进行价格审核，分析及谈判。
?Be responsible to create, update and maintain daily the purchasing orders, contracts and other purchasing documents of the plant.
负责建立，更新及维护管理日常采购订单，供货协议以及其他工厂采购文件。
?Interface with various function areas, such as Logistic & Production planning, Engineering, Payments, Custom Clearance, etc,
为其他相关部门提供采购支持及服务。
?Follow up purchasing orders and ensure an on time delivery.
采购跟单,并确保按时到货。
?MRO ssupplier management: Data base update and maintenance, Supplier Relationship maintain, Supplier Rating.
MRO供应商管理：供应商数据库更新和维护，供应商关系维系, 供应商评审。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
?Bachelor degree in Business, Trading or Mechanical.
?Above 3 years MRO or Capital purchasing experience in multi-national company, oversea purchasing experience is preferred.
?Auto or Mechanical industry working experience is preferred
?Basic knowledge of international trading and Tax and regulations.
?Basic knowledge of quality system, TS16949 and ISO14001.
?Good English both oral and written.
?Energetic, Logical, Self-starter, Good team player, Quick learner, Can work under pressure.
?Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP experience is preferred
