1. 基本职责Essential

1.1. 基本任务Fundamental Mission:

- 负责SAP的日常运维工作　User support in the usage of SAP on a day to day basis

- 提供分析用户二级变更请求　Provide analysis of the user change request to level 2

- 管理用户验收测试　Manage user acceptance tests

- 支持项目实施　Support some project implementation in some specification

1.2. 主要内容Main Activities:

- 记录所有的事件并支持请求到跟踪工具　Record all incidents and support requests into the tracking tool Helpdesk

- 解决文档中已有的事件　Solve incidents already documented

- 更新服务台工具的事件状态　Update the ticket status in the service desk tool

- 递交请求到 IT Europe　Dispatch request to the other entities (IT Europe)

- 当没有来自Level 2 或者 3的反应时，需要升级到应用管理或者部门管理　Escalate tickets to Application Manager or Department Manager when there is no response from Level 2 or 3

- 关闭用户Tickets.　Manage the closing of tickets with the user

- 检测Tickets指定　Check tickets assigned and not acknowledged

- 升级本地不能解决的Tickets到更高专家级　Escalate tickets to higher level expert if could not be solved locally

- 在用户要求下创建数据库查询模板从SAP提取数据　Create database query template to extract data from SAP upon user request

- 创建用户文档　Create user documentation

- 管理及培训终端用户　Manage training for end user

资质要求Qualifications:

- 信息技术或者相关专业-本科学历　BS degree in information technology or related field;

- 三年至少两个模块的SAP关键用户使用经验　3 years of SAP usage as key user on at least 2 main modules　

- 流利的中英文书写及口头表达Fluent in Chinese as well as English written and verbal
