岗位职责：

-New project tendering with support from Commodity team and system

-Contact window among project engineer, system engineer and Commodity team

-Get project overview and BOM information for commodity.

-Follow up project status update and commodity sourcing progress.

-Summarize purchasing information to project team.

-Attend project meeting and update the status to commodity team.

-Project budget Vs. real cost comparison and follow up, push commodity to meet target.

-Report to line manager and PM about purchasing progress and block points.

-Provide international project support to oversea locations.

-Build cost model for key commodity with support of commodity team to help make accurate cost estimation and

cost evaluation.

任职要求：

3-5 years project purchasing/purchasing analysis experience in traditional heavy mechanical manufacturing company,
3-5年传统重型机械制造公司的项目采购/采购分析经验
A/C company/railway business working experience will be a plus,
有A/C 公司/铁路行业工作经验者优先
Good English reading and writing skill,
良好的英语阅读与写作能力
Good negotiation and communication skill,
良好的谈判与沟通技巧
Strong project and time management skill,
较强的项目与时间管理技能
SAP experience is a prefer.
SAP相关经验者优先
Good strategy purchasing business sense;

Merak Jinxin Air Conditioning Systems (Wuxi) CO. Ltd, is a plant founded in June, 2008, which is a JV owned company in China invested by Jinxin Group and Merak Spain, belonging to Knorr-Bremse Group, with research and development, production, sales and after-sales set in one -scale enterprise. It specializes in onboard air conditioning system related with metro and railway vehicles. We have Long experiences and references both in European & Chinese Markets, involving products ranges covering all kind of markets and fully understand the needs of different customers. We use Knorr Production System (KPS) and SAP management System as advanced management concepts, and implement the quality system standard for instance EN, ISO, DIN, NFF, BS, GB, and etc in high manufacturing and Global Standardization Manufacture Philosophy.
