Position Summary:
To develop, maintain, and improve quality system that attain company goals and objectives and achieve customer satisfaction. Provide management and leadership to company’s quality and business efforts. Integrate quality department, quality system, and technologies into the organization to achieve the best possible quality effort possible at the least possible total cost in the long-term.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
? Report to Business Unit Manager.
? Supervise positions include quality engineers, technicians and inspectors.
? Interface with functions such as Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Outside Sales.
? Interface with outside customers and suppliers on quality concerns.

Job Responsibility:
？ Developing and administration of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Quality Manual and documented quality management system to ensure the company QMS is in line with Parker standards, and customers’ requirements.
？ Provide quality-oriented leadership in achieving quality objectives. Interfaces with internal and external customers to provide comprehensive responses and technical assistance regarding quality systems and/or products.
？ Communicating with certification body for company ISO9001/14001 certification audit and ensure all corrective actions /preventive actions are performed and accepted.
？ Communicate quality concerns with internal functions, external customers ensure continuous performance improvement.
？ Define operational targets, appropriate process measures and financial budgets for the Quality department and establish a functional review process to monitor performance against them.
？ Monitoring of product quality performance, analysis of product quality failure and instigation of root cause analysis, corrective and have preventive action.
？ Train engineers, operators, inspectors on Quality (PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, 6S, VSM …)


Qualifications:
？ Bachelor degree qualification in engineering or related discipline
？ Min. 5 years relevant experience
？ Experience in ISO 9001, 14001 and other related quality systems, TS16949 is preferred
？ Six Sigma green belt min.
？ Good English skill
？ Good communication skill
？ Strong problem solving skills, the ability to work with customers
