Job Responsibilities
1. Reviews and evaluates department processes and procedures for continuous improvement. May include responsibility for Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and/or Maintenance.
2. Evaluates, and makes final determination on (with input from plant manager) the process recommendations of engineers to ensure they are accurate and consistent with the organization's short-term production plans.
3. Leads the most complex, large, or difficult process engineering projects and develops innovative approaches to production problems. Estimates the cost, time and resources required for repair projects; prepares work orders and monitors the progress of work against estimates.
4. Monitors industry trends and developments in engineering technology and makes recommendations on equipment/systems investments. Dirve Sinya automation application actions and participate China FHP automation activities.
5. Lead and direct manufacturing engineering department. Responsible for achieving department goals and objectives , and development of employees

Minimum Qualifications
1、Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
2、Ten years Manufacturing engineering experience, 3-5 years Project experience
3、Good Communication Skill and Teamwork
4、Creative thinking and Fluent in English

Desired Qualifications
Work in the motor manufacturing industry and proficient in motor manufacturing technology and production equipment.
