岗位职责：
1、 负责接待主管的领导、访客、来宾的登记和引见；
2、 负责电话、公司邮件和信函的收转发工作，做好信息的记录、整理和建档；
3、 负责公司办公用品的采购和发放，并做好台账；
4、 负责公司会议室的管理工作；
5、 负责公司员工申请签证资料的整理，以及出差的机票、火车票和客房的预订；
6、 对工作中出现的各种问题及时汇报，并完成公司领导交办的其他行政工作


任职资格：
1、 学历/专业：大专及以上学历，管理类相关专业毕业；
2、 工作经验：2年以上行政管理工作经验，具有外资企业工作经验优先考虑；
3、 知识技能：具有较强的英语听、说、读、写能力，口语流利；熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件；
4、 个人能力：细心、耐心，有较强的责任心，有较好的沟通能力、执行能力和学习适应能力；
5、 态度：具有诚信、团队合作精神和良好的服务意识；
6、 常州本地户口，已婚已育者优先考虑，家住常州武进区尤佳。
