工作职责Responsibilities:

- Find new challenging duty and supervises employees directly engaged in the maintenance process

- Work together with international team and complies with all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards

- Monitor annual utility consumption for cost saving opportunities

- Take part in installation and commissioning of the facility

- Maintain a skills matrix for all department employee

- Oversees the Planned Maintenance Pillar activity

- Maintain a comprehensive PM program and communicate with MRP department to ensure PM’s are completed in a timely manner

- Monthly reporting in regard to completed PM’s, work orders and cost of maintenance

- Perform other duties and or projects as requested by company management

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology and industrial standards

- Identify, develops and conduct training as needed to implement new and or revised processes

职位要求Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, mechanical or electrical background with multidisciplinary knowledge

- 5 years maintenance/TPM management experience

- Project Management skills

- Strong organizational skills

- Familiar with TPM

- Enjoy working with others (team player)

- Leadership skills for a maintenance team

- Familiar in working with MS Office software

- Good skills in speaking and reading English
