岗位职责：
1、负责精密机械事业部的创建、规划，制定事业部中长期发展战略规划、年度经营计划并负责分解落实完成；
2、负责高压柱塞泵、多路阀等液压系统产品的生产管理工作，协调和解决本部门生产过程出现的各种问题；
4、负责精密机械事业部的整体运营管理工作 ；

5、负责组织体制和人事编制规划，进行建章立制，建立本事业部内统一、高效的组织体系和工作体系；

6、倡导积极向上的企业文化，搞好员工的思想政治工作，加强管理技术人才梯队和员工队伍的建设。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械相关专业,英语或日语流利，具有MBA学历尤佳；
2、年龄40周岁-50周岁，有日资机械加工企业工作经验10年以上，职位达部长级以上尤佳；
3、掌握经营管理知识能力与技能，计划与组织能力，战略思考能力，市场开拓能力，谈判能力，应变能力；具有良好的领导力、沟通力和抗压力。
