Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
· Acts on behalf of Akzonobel with customers and service providers to ensure satisfied customers and proper provision of logistics services.
· Primary duty is to ensure highest level of quality order fulfillment through order receipt to product delivery of Akzonobel products.
· Ensures key internal relationships including marketing, sales, supply chain planning, HSE, and commercial procurement.
· Manages the execution of order shipping by whatever means necessary, including but not limited to entry/modification of delivery note, shipping note, packing list,product returns, and the detection, documentation and resolution of process failures.
· Update the master data in SAP in accurately and timely manner.
· Contact customer to get estimated delivery plan and arrange delivery preparation
· Ensures on-time shipment and delivery by whatever means necessary, including tracking, and expediting or use of other problem solving techniques.
Requirements:
Requirements for Job
· Diploma and minimum of three year work experience.
· Some basic understanding of chemicals.
· Good English written and verbal communication skills, necessary computer skills.
· Logistic knowledge & understanding.
· Interpersonal skills for dealing with customers & suppliers.
· Basic understanding of invoice approval and accounting techniques.
