1、负责组织实施设备更新和自动机械设备技术改造工作 ，设备更新改造的选型、技术论证工作 及编制设备更新改造的可行性分析报告 。
2、负责具体设计施工图纸，做出施工方案 现场指挥安装、改造等工程 ，组织实施试运行和验收工作 。
3、组织实施技术培训工作 ，实施相关材料的归档工作 ，参与工程的预、决算的审核工作。

职责表述：

1、 负责组织实施设备计划检修工作 ，编审设备检修作业指导书 及编审设备检修配件计划 ，负责现场指导、解决疑难问题 。
2、负责组织实施设备试运行和验收工作 ，编审年度设备检修计划 ，编审年度设备更新改造计划 ，更新改造费用计划 。
3、负责编审月度设备更新改造计划 ，编审月度设备检修、更新改造费用计划 ，修订设备检修标准 ，修订设备检查确认标准、修订设备操作规程。
4、负责审批选型、购置、安装调试、维护、检修、报废等所有设备固定资产管理工作
