职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for Interview arrangement, Interview candidates with Dept. manager and follow up
- Be responsible for establish resume database and make recruiting Stat.
- Be responsible for employee on-board issue, including preparing new employee On-board preparation mail, making on-board procedures and so on
- Be responsible for maintain employee database and monthly HR report
- Provide support for the performance management of employees
- Hotel booking, cleaner arrangement and related admin issues
- Provide support for any company events and any specific case assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Major in Human resource, administration or English.
- At least 3 years working experience in HR &Admin area
- Good Computer literacy, MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good Command of English skill
- Good communication and organizing skills, implement-oriented with great patience and carefulness
