1, Position purpose
Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes that assure product quality, operators’ safety and operation efficiency.
2, Major accountability
1) Develop process document to satisfy product design requirement and mass production requirement.
2) New production line setup including concept design, line assembly, debugging and trial run.
3) Assembly line process optimization, ensuring the best production quality and capacity, lean manufacturing implementation
4) Develop robust packing for products to ensure product safety
5) Take leadership of new product PPAP process
6) Develop, verify and updated production tooling and fixture to ensure high efficiency and quality production
7) Support sales department for new product quotation
8) Cooperate with other department to solve technical problems
9) Manage, support and train operator who actually perform daily production
3, Key measurement
1) Implement and improve production process
2) Develop process file on time
3) Productive, FPY, Defect per unit, PPM of complaint
4) Quantity of new product introduced
4, Knowledge required
1) Basic working English, written is must, verbal is plus
2) Knowledge of APQP, TS16949 working experience is plus
3) BS degree in engineering, Electromechanical or HVAC is plus
4) Proficient in CAD, layouts, assembly drawings and/or component part drawings required, desirable knowledge in Pro-E
5) Lean & 6 sigma will be a plus

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，机电或机械制造专业，3年以上工作经验，有汽车或空调行业者优先
2、熟练运用PRO-E,完成空调产品制造工艺的编制及整理，有工装、夹具设计经验。
3、独立设计工艺方案，编制工艺文件。熟悉APQP流程。
4、协调生产、技术 、质量各部门，推动现场质量的不断提升。
5、英语可读写。
