职位描述：
1.Customer satisfaction 客户满意度
- Ensure customer technical requirement to be evaluated and tested; 确保按照客户技术方面的要求来评估和测试

- Perform scheduled Lab test; 执行预定的实验室测试
- Review and validate material certification from supplier; 回顾和确认来自于供应商的物料证明
- Conduct capability study for Semi and finish part; 半自动和成品性能分析
- Conduct Inner calibration in company, concluding test equipment and gauge in shop floor; To ensure test instrument and gauge are calibrated and well controlled ; -负责公司的内部校准工作，确保测量设备，仪表等校准受控
- Test Machines setup including parameters setting and tooling change over 测试机床设置包括参数设置和换模
- Routing maintenance for test equipment 测试设备的行程安排维护

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技术性/专业性培训和资历
A）Essential 基本要求：
Good skills in communication with relevant department, Team work and Lab testing or inspection experience
与其他部门良好的沟通能力，有团队精神，试验室测试和检测的经验
Experience of use basic metrology for measurement and testing(Mechanical and Chemical)
有基本测量和测试的经验（机械的和化学制品）
B) Desirable 理想要求：
Impulse test(脉冲实验),burst test(爆破测试),Rubber testing（橡胶测试）.
Experience on rheometer(硫变仪), microscope(电子显微镜), tensile testers(拉力测试仪), pressure testers(压力测试仪), ovens(小烘箱), dueometer(硬度仪), pyrometer(测温仪), oscilloscope(示波器)

Educational Requirement 教育（受训）要求：
Technical school 技校
Mechanical or Chemical background 机械和化学背景

Experience Required 工作经验：
at least 1 year working experience for testing or inspection area
至少有一年的测试和检验工作经验
