Responsibilities:

1.People Management
- Implementing & maintaining Preventive & Predictive maintenance activities.Familiar with 20 kv substation,Perform all facility electrical maintenance functions
- Support activities with CI and problem solving techniques.The first time to deal with all kinds of electric power facilities of abnormal condition, failure accidents.
- Competent in understanding mechanical drawings& electrical schematic&PLC,Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics, etc
- Ability to manager external vendors and suppliers to support Gates project.
- Liaise with local authority regarding building and environmental issues.Liaise with contractors for facility and plant improvement needs as well.
- Able to communicate and exchange ideas with peers in other Gates facilities, as well as capability to transfer knowledge
- Assist to ensure environment & production levels are maintained
- To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
- Must keep cell phone avaliable and response Equipment breakdown support in 24 hours,and must go shop floor fix the breakdown for FM/Safety/Calss1 equipment.
- Must report equipment down >2Hours to supervisor
2.Value Creation
- Monitor replacement parts inventory and work orders - Monitoring MP2 system
- Implement & maintain Maintenance Excellence (TPM) system
- To participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative
3.Customer Satisfaction
- PM system > ensure correctness & completion
- Predictive maintenance > thermal imaging, oil analysis, transformers & gearboxes
- Minimizing machine downtime - MTBF,MTTR
- Working closely with Production to continuously improve production output & OEE
4.Citizenship
- Maintenance Excellence Program - Supporting TS, ISO & OHSAS programs
- Maintaining all TS, ISO & OHSAS records related to maintenance
- Ensure that safety goals for department are met
5. Other tasks assigned by department manager.

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification

A）Essential ：
"1. 3 year hand-on experience in Plant and Facilty maintenance.
2. Have electrician certificate、 high voltage electrical certificates 3. Hard working and responsible.
"
B) Desirable ：
1. Good mentality and good working attitude.
2. Self starter and able to work individually/independently.
Educational Requirement ：
A) Essential ：Technial school major in Electrical Engineering
B) Desirable ：Competence in AutoCad,PLC,MS Office Tools and MS Project.
Experience Required：
1. Over 3 years relevant working experience 2. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics & pumps,PLC
3. Experience in Power supply and wiring system.
