1.金属加工类专业（如CNC） 或高分子专业
2.英语流利
3.了解pro-e 操作
4.应届硕士，本科均可

5.有工作经验者优先

职位有效期2014.7.11~2014.9.10
Key responsibilities：
New product development
1. Work with sales/marketing teams to identify/define performance standards for new product lines.
2. Own the design aspect of couplings including creation of relevant prints, GTS specs and lab testing.
3. Work with global design teams to develop new hose/coupling interfaces as need rises and make sure that Gates and/or Industry performance standards are met.
4. Write lab orders to test and qualify new hose/coupling interfaces according to Industry/Gates standards
5. Create GTS specs for the new products and own ECR/ECN processes in PDMLink to launch new products.
New process and vendor development
1. Work with plant and outside suppliers to design qualification programme to qualify new processes, new materials, new vendors.
2. Write lab orders to qualify new materials and new vendor processes etc.
Commericalization
1. Work with global drafting teams to commercialize/localize products to meet local market needs.
2. Support plant engineering team to improve existing product designs to faciliate manufacturing.
3. Work with global design and drafting team on the rationlization of existing prints.
Competitor benchmarking
1. Work with sales/marketing team to identify key competitors in relevant market sectors and the test scope.
2. Be responsible for the design ofthe test programme for the benchmarking test.
3. Writing lab orders for the tests and compile technical notes and write-ups for internal release.
Plant support
1. Be the main contact for inside plant technical support including but not limited to intepretation of Gates and Industry standards, prints issue resovlement etc.
Key requirement:
Technical/Professional Training & Qualification
A) Essential：
Experience in metals machining including CNC.
B) Desirable：
Experience with hose coupling development, testing and validation. Use of Pro E
Educational Requirement：
A) Essential: 4 year technical degree
B) Desirable: Training in FMEA, DOE, PPAP and problem solving techniques
Training in the use of Pro E.
