· During the quotation phase, define the detailed process of assembling and bonding for new products in order to reach the targets set by the Development team (routing time, output, RFT, manpower, CNQ and PPM…)

· In charge of creating the assembling and bonding PFMEA.

· Create the technical and functional specifications for assembly equipments, bonding fixture.

· Lead design reviews to validate the technical proposals from the assembling and bonding equipment suppliers before kick-off.

· Work with Purchasing team to ensure strict tracking of the suppliers during the building phase of the assembling and bonding equipments.

· Support the tuning phase of the process assembling and bonding equipments.

· During production, lead improvement activities to increase efficiency, reliability and cost reduction by applying the fundamentals of assembling and bonding

· Create the WI of assembling and bonding process, and training the operator.
