职位描述
Main Mission:
1. In charge of development of global industrial scheme from suppliers to customer (physical flow and information flow).
2. In charge of associated equipment (assembly, packaging, gripper, paint jigs, logistic information system, etc.,), Project industrialisation.
3. In charge of managing specialists and experts from several activities connected to their scope of responsibilities.
4. In charge of managing the allocated budget by project (hours and travels cost).
Job Activity:
1. Defining global industrial scheme to produce parts in several project phases. This takes in account, production process (paint, assembly), packaging means, information system, parts flow.
2. Participating in the choice of material location and supply chain organization for his project.
3. Responsible for conception phase of industrial process.
4. Responsible for integration of project industrial process in plant production plan.
5. Validate that design for manufacturing is in line with manufacturing Q, C, T W, R, commitment.
6. Responsible for industrialization phase in production plant and material.
7. Managing project Manufacturing economical perimeter (cycle time, number of operators, investments, supply chain costs (transport,)…).
8. Accountable for the use of Plastic Omnium Manufacturing standards.
9. Accountable for the application of Quality system procedures within Manufacturing perimeter.
Qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree and above in the related field;
2. Fluent in English (CET 4 or above), good communication skills;
3. Strong ability of logical thinking;
4. 2-4 years related work experience, experience in the automotive industry preferred;
5. Strong sense of responsibility.
