Job Responsibilities:

-Take full responsibility for testing of finished products guaranteeing the physical and chemical characteristics as well as product performance in final uses or application.

- To assist Marketing and Customer Service area in providing direct technical support related to product performance and applications.

- To assist Marketing and Customer Service area to solve and advice customers in non-conformance, product quality and/or performance claims.
-To carry out lab equipment routine maintenance and report on inventory of lab chemicals.

-To assist QA/QC Manager and Quality Engineer in troubleshooting related to product quality.

- To inspect and ensure daily production work meets quantity, quality, cost and EHS requirements.

- To prepare the relevant daily reports and production data ensuring the right and on time information.

- To coordinate workflow with the various departments involved.

- To performs other duties as assigned by QA Manager.

Job Requirements:

- At least secondary specialized school graduation with sufficient Chemistry knowledge.
- 2-3 years or above lab working experience in a chemical manufacturing company.
- Positive and self-starting, with outstanding communication & problem solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and basic English reading, writing & speaking abilities.
- Able to work on shifts.

- High sense of responsibility, Honest, hardworking and team player.
