3.了解脉冲，拉伸，耐压等试验，

4.熟悉胶管产品者优先

5.有3年以上相关工作经验

Responsibilities:

1. Customer satisfaction
- Ensure customer technical requirement to be evaluated and tested;
2.Growth
- To guarantee lab capabilities in machinery, training and standards;
- Create Lab master testing schedule;
- Review and validate material certification from supplier;
- Conduct capability study for Semi and finish part;
- Coordinator MSA G R & R study;
- Ensure the verification and validation of new equipment;
- Ensure the identification and traceability of equipment and instrument;
- Coordinator the regular equipment and instrument calibration (internal & external);
3.Market leadership
- To transfer best practices from other Gates plants or external companies in order to improve plant test capability;
- To participate in the new technology and test method creation;
- Coordinate with out-sourced LAB;
4.Value creation
- Maintenance of testing equipment and instrument to keep in good condition;
- To be involved GPS activity;
5.Citizenship
- To participate on Tomkins HSE Excellence program as required;
- To conduct analysis of HSE impact of LAB activity;
6.People development
- To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
7.Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification:

A）Essential :

Good skills in communication with relevant department, Team work and Lab testing experience

B) Desirable:

Qualified Metrology.

Experience of product and material validation test.

Educational Requirement :

A) Essential:

College degree

Mechanical or Chemical background

B) Desirable:

English speaker, ISO 17025 experience

Experience Required :

3 years working experience for LAB management or testing area
