Responsibilities
1. People Management
Respond to andon calls by team members
Assist in shift start-ups and control (line start-ups are the most critical part of the Team Leader’s day
Assist taking attendance at beginning of shifts and recommend adjustments to fill vacancies
Complete paperwork such as production record charts, quality information and logbooks, and any other paperwork as assigned
Meet daily production goals by checking elements daily which can have an effect on productivity, such as variance in operator skill level, quality of materials being used, condition of machines
Assist in ensuring that all workers leave & return to their work areas on time, during lunch & breaks
Execute the 5-S plan thru continuous checks of 5-S in all areas, and then notifying supervisors of any abnormalities and recommending actions to be taken
Assist supervisors in training & cross-training
Assist with work orders for quick maintenance or urgent maintenance matters
To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
To participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative
2.Value Creation
Observe that operators are adhering to Standardized Work by checking 1 or 2 processes daily
Identify wastes in the processes
Identify & eliminate scrap
Control usage, order & pick up operating supplies
Direct & facilitate improvement ideas, and ensure that the process is stable and consistent
3.Customer Satisfaction
Confirm quality by checking for defects from previous processes and alert appropriate personnel
Complete documentation for scrapped product and submit as necessary
Ensure operators are familiar with quality standards and ensure they are able to recognize abnormalities
4.Citizenship
Report all injuries and medical emergencies
Review periodically the Emergency Evacuation Plan with all workers
Facilitate daily meetings for communication
Ensure that all operators understand policies and procedures
We must be sincere about “Safety First”. Reinforce all policies and ensure that everyone is wearing necessary PPE at all times. Advise supervisors of any abnormalities.
Support all ISO, TS, and OHSAS program and directives
5.Other tasks assigned by department manager.
Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技术性/专业性培训和资历　
A）Essential 基本要求：　
1.Related profession for the rubber or plastic extrusion
2.Know how to control shop floor.
3.Team work spirit and leadership ability.
4.Familiar with ISO9000/TS16949 or ISO14000.
5.Familiar with lean production.
B) Desirable 理想要求：　
Have the experience on multi-national company will be prefered.
Educational Requirement：
1.University degree in Polymer or Chemical Engineering
2.CET-4
