职位描述:
-大学文化,工科背景（机械专业背景佳）
-较好的英语读写能力
-熟悉ERP系统，熟练应用 SAP
-有采购机械类产品
-有技术类供应商开发经验者优先
-3年以上工作经验

Responsibilities　　
1.Customer satisfaction
- Basic data maintenance and integrity in SAP System
- Execute pricing and terms & conditions that are negotiated & agreed and ensure adherence
- Ensure the smooth supply to maintain the production capacity and in the meantime control the inventory level
- Track & feedback on suppliers' performance and make sure they meet the quality, cost & delivery targets
- Help develop the supplier base
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal customers/Departments and resolve issues independently and escalate issues appropriately.

2. Citizenship
- Use of Technical Data Sheet to purchase materials

3.Other tasks assigned by Purchasing manager.

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 　
A）Essential：　
1. Good spoken & written English　
2. Have practical experience in using ERP or SAP　
3. Proficient Office Applications skills

1. Strong analytical, negotiation & problem solving skills　
Educational Requirement：　
A) 　
1. 3 years' College Graduate
B) Desirable ：　
1. A good knowledge of Lean & Supply Chain Management. 2. Major in mechanical
Experience Required：　　
1. 3 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment is a minimum.
2. Direct raw materials & MRO purchasing and/or sourcing experience in the similar industry is a plus
