Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for central document release and version control among the headquarters, internal departments and suppliers.

2. Responsible for maintaining up to date document among the headquarters, internal departments, and suppliers

3. Responsible for central filing & folder maintenance

Education and Qualification Requirements:

1. Working experience in Foreign companies preferred

2. At least 3 years working experience in document management

3. Experience in Operation system such as Oracle or Agile is a plus

4. Detailed minded and self manage and moviated

5. Be familiar with ISO9001 Quality System.

6. Team work、conscientious、good communication skill, work under pressure

7. Good English communication skill in reading and writing.
