1.配合公司淘宝网店运营团队进行店铺全面运营、管理、推广工作，达成业绩目标；
2.熟悉淘宝的运营环境、交易规则等，了解网上销售各个环节，了解产品上下架、页面编辑、产品图片编辑、价格制定等，做 好店铺各个流程之间的衔接沟通；
3.定期策划淘宝网店活动，提升网店名气，聚集流量和人气，形成销售；
4.根据量子数据和魔方数据分析统计，反映店内和市场及时动态，为主管的决策提供依据；
5.认真落实主管安排的各方面工作，以及协助其维护客服关系。
岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历；
2.性格开朗，思维活跃，善于沟通，有良好的团队精神；
3.熟悉淘宝的运营环境、交易规则等，对淘宝推广方式和渠道，以及淘宝客服工作有一定的了解；
4. 有淘宝或电子商务网站运营经验者优先。
