Primary Responsibilities:

• Sales Order processing: including order entry & booking, invoice preparing, RMA handling, new customer creation & list price maintain in system. etc.
• Coordinate with plant planners and logistic team to know the order status and have the customer well-informed.
• Prepare reports required by management team and review backlog with customers.
• Follow up customer inquiries includes but not limited to lead time, price, order status, delivery tracking etc. Respond & resolve timely.
• Deal with customer complaints, routing the issues to proper support individuals or teams.
• Assist on process/system improvement projects.
• Other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years Supply Chain/Trading/Logistics experiences
• Positive thinker, fast learner, accurate, conscientious, energetic, continuous improver
• Proactive and clear-minded, be able to solve complex issues
• Familiar with ERP system such as Oracle or SAP is an asset
• Familiar with International trade process.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
• Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel
