Primary Responsibilities

· Responsible for sourcing and purchasing related activities include machining parts and injection parts, EHS and administrative requirements for Changzhou plant. Evaluating and selecting potential suppliers for the company, and maintaining a good and healthy relationship with both vendor & internal customers.

· Establish purchasing plan, negotiation and implementation of contractual arrangement with material/services suppliers. Follow up purchasing orders for high quality & on time delivery. Release Payment Application to finance team.

· To liaise with user & vendor for solving technology and quality issue.

· To maintain a good filing purchasing system.

· Contract Review

· Control cost and inventory level for purchasing items

· Coach other sourcing specialist, take lead of lesson learnt and best practices. (For Lead sourcing Specialist only)

· Any tasks as assigned

Qualifications Required

· Good negotiation & communication skills

· Willing to work under pressure

Desired

· Detailed knowledge & experience in mechanical commodity sourcing and purchasing knowledge

· Familiar with Oracle and use MS Office software.

· Fluent spoken and written communication, in both Chinese and English

· Experience of working for a global manufacturing company.
